Autonomous CTL Development

As the Senior Technical Program Manager, I took full ownership of the Autonomous Compact Track Loader (CTL) MVP following Caterpillar’s acquisition of Marble Robotics in 2021. I led the product from vision and roadmap definition to software development and system integration. Collaborating with teams in perception, localization, control systems, and data collection, I guided a 20+ member cross-functional team through design, development, and validation, delivering a lightweight, cost-effective autonomous system that laid the foundation for CAT’s next-generation autonomous machinery.
Additionally, I established CAT Robotics’ PMO, implementing a TPM framework with SAFe Agile methodologies to enhance culture and efficiency across a 100+ engineering team. I also led an 18+ member TPM team across key areas such as perception, localization, and data pipelines, driving execution, KPIs, and strategic alignment with leadership objectives.
